"The Gorinkai represents the synthesis of mine whole store of experiences through a thirty years path. For a better comprehension of the caracterizing aspects of this synthesis it's necessary to understand that the developement of this path has gone on through three guiding principles:
1- Martial Arts: internal and external
2- Pure Energetic Research: Yoga, Chi Kung, Misogi and, most of all, Zen Practice.
3- Therapy:Shiatsu, Chinese Traditional Medicine, Osteopathy, Chiropractic, Bioenergetics, Mezieres.
Whic can be the intersection point between three directions so, on their own way, so "caracterizing" and self-sufficient? The interseection point is in the intrisic vibration that pervades the totalizing "Reality" of the human experience. The man is an integrate, and integrable, complex of three fundamental elements: BODY (TAI), ENERGY (KI), MIND (SHIN), whic represents, in their evolutive integration, expresses itself itself from one side into a casual, pre-determinated, after-determinated and self-determinated conditioning (=KARMA), and from another side, into a dimension non-representable through concepts, that's "Pure Absolute", "Pure Freedom". This appearing contradiction on a logic plan, is actually the "Conditiion of a Reality", and the appearing contradiction lived by a human being in the "Dance" between Life, Death and Absolute. The shades, and the various times, rythmes and forms of this "Dance", according or not according to the Universal Rythm, generate and express the various conditions of the men during their lives (JOY, PAIN, HEALT-ILLNESS, etc.). Through the "Practice" we substain within all the Gorinkai activities, we make an effort to be in harmony, everyone conforming to his own natural inclinations, with this "Universal Rythm" (=DARMA, TAO)." - Master Gianfranco Tiberti
